Large Event

Large Event is a large concert that Wartburg College's campus programming organization, Entertainment ToKnight, plans every two years. As the Marketing Executive for this organization, I was tasked with designing all of the marketing assets, along with collaborating with Tai Verdes's marketing team. The concert hosted around 500 people and is the largest funded event on campus.

Social Media Plan

Collaborating with my social media coordinator, Emma Nelson, we compiled a 4-week social media plan for Large Event, utilizing mostly Instagram, but also Facebook and Twitter. We were both in charge of carrying out all social media content and advertising Large Event frequently to encourage high concert attendance. Our informal social media plan is linked here:
